About the game
In SAROS, you play as Arjun Devraj, a Soltari enforcer hunting answers about the shape-shifting world of Carcosa, where hostile inhabitants and dark secrets are hidden under an ominous eclipse. The game is a third-person shooter focused on intense, projectile-heavy combat where you dodge, shield, and parry enemy attacks, learning patterns as you go, while taking on dramatic boss fights. Each run changes the world and resources you gain help you upgrade your weapons and loadout, with a feature called Second Chance that revives you after your first death to keep the action moving. Between runs, you return to the Passage to track progression and interact with the Echelon IV crew, even as hallucinations and paranoia blur who you can trust.
