How to remove the lock from a game on PS4
A lock on the game means the console is no longer primary for our account. Make it primary again and the game will start from your profile.

Make the console primary for our account
Steps 1–3Press PS → “Power” → “Switch User” and choose our account, the one you installed the game from.
On our account's home screen press , choose “Settings”, then “Account Management”.
Choose “Activate as Your Primary PS4” → “Activate” → “OK”.

Go back to your profile
Step 4Press PS → “Power” → “Switch User”, choose your own profile and start the game. The lock will be gone.
