How to remove the lock from a game on PS5

A lock on the game means console sharing is off for our account. Turn it on and the game will start from your profile, offline too.

Enable sharing on our account

Steps 1–4

Choose the profile icon at the top right → “Switch User” and choose our account, the one you installed the game from.
On our account choose the “Settings” gear at the top right, then “Users and Accounts”.
Open “Other” → “Console Sharing and Offline Play”.
Press “Enable”, then “OK”.
You see “Don't Disable” and “Disable” instead. Sharing is already on. Press “Don't Disable” and message the manager.

Step 5

Choose the profile icon at the top right → “Switch User”, choose your own profile and start the game. The lock will be gone.
