How to install a game on PS4 and play from our account

   On your own profile, hold PS and choose “Power”.

   Press , choose “Switch User”, then “New User”.

   Choose “Create a User”, accept the agreement with “Accept” and press “Next”.

   Choose “Sign In Manually”, enter the email and password from your order and press “Sign In”. If the console asks for a verification code, enter the code from your chat with the manager.

The console doesn't always show them. If a screen doesn't appear, skip the step.

   On the “Update Your Profile” screen press “Next”, type the game's name into the name fields so you can tell accounts apart later, and keep pressing “Next” until setup ends.

   No such screen. Go to the next step.

   If you're offered a PlayStation Plus subscription, close it with . If you're offered to change your primary PS4, press “Don't Change”. On the following screens press “OK”.

With P2, the console must not be primary for our account.

   On our account's home screen press , choose “Settings”, then “Account Management”.

   Choose “Activate as Your Primary PS4” and press “Deactivate”.

   The option is greyed out. The console isn't primary already. Go on to downloading the game.

   Press “Yes”, then “OK”.

   Go back to the home screen and open “Library” → “Purchased” → your game.

   Press “Download”. If add-ons are offered, press “Select All” and “Download”.

   Wait for the download to finish: PS → “Notifications” → “Downloads”. While it downloads, you can play other games on your own profile.

   Start the purchased game from our account: PS → “Power” → “Switch User” → our account.
